The website is operated by TICORP Limited, registered in Gibraltar (incorporation number 111526) as an independent insurance intermediary. Your data, at the point of obtaining a quote, will be passed to Howserv Limited, and will become the property of Howserv Limited at the point your quote is complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TICORP Limited disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied by statute, custom or usage relating to the information contained in this website and we shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract to (including negligence), or otherwise arising from this website, or from any interruption or delay in accessing this website.

Agreement

By accessing, using, browsing or booking on this site you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

My Staysure

An Authorised Party, nominated by you, has the ability to perform the following on your My Staysure Account, on your behalf:

Amend personal details such as Title, first name, surname, address, and phone number.

An Authorised Party, nominated by you does not have the ability to:

Add another authorised party or change the email address associated with the account.
Make any amendments / additions to your Staysure insurance policy.

Any changes made by you or your Authorised Party will be immediate and will be visible via your "recent activity list", which will also detail who made the change.

Any request to amend your policy must be made via Customer Services. No changes can be made via My Staysure.

Any requests to amend your policy via the 'contact us' form must be verified by Staysure with any additional premiums paid and new documents issued (if required) before they form part of the cover.

Newsletter Puzzle – Terms and Conditions

Entrants must be (a) a UK resident (b) over 18 years of age at the time of entry.
No purchase necessary.
Entry to the newsletter puzzle is deemed acceptance of the rules.
Entrant must refer to the promotional material for qualifying dates.
Only one entry per household may be entered into the draw.
The prize is as stated on the relevant promotional material.
Promotions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of any subsidiary of Staysure Holdings Limited.
All prizes are subject to availability. Staysure reserves the right to change the prize(s) or value at any time.
No cash alternative will be given and the prize is not transferable to another person.
The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries submitted (or the entry with the highest number of correct answers) unless otherwise stated and the independent judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be informed by email or telephone via the contact details provided upon entry, unless otherwise stated on the promotional material. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s).
If a winner fails to respond within 60 days to a communication from Staysure, fails to provide an address for delivery, or is unable to meet the eligibility requirements for the prize, this may result in the prize won being forfeited.
If a prize is forfeited, Staysure reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random from all correct entries submitted (or the highest number of correct answers), unless otherwise stated.
The winner(s) agree to the publishing of their name and/or photograph for the purpose of publicity. The winner(s) agree to give permission to Staysure to use entries in marketing materials.
Staysure reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Staysure may also create rules which apply to a specific promotion only. If we do this we will publish the amended rules on the relevant promotional material or webpage.

No optional extras can be added to your policy should you intend on making a claim or you have a claim pending.
